  I upgraded one of my lines to an iPhone 7 for my son. My son plan is under his moms account. All I needed was to add the phone I brought through sprint to an existing line under his mom account. The lady told me it couldn't be done. I said I've always done THIS!!! She was like since I brought under my account it has to stay under my account. So as I wad discouraged by this lady. I called Sprint and they took care of everything other the phone. It took about 15 minutes.... I hate when people give out faults information and waste my time.
