  I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. But I think they are misrepresenting their products. There is no way this mattress is a name brand $2000+ mattress. It's falling apart after 18 months. It's been awful for the past year but unfortunately the only way you can get anything done under warranty is to transport the mattress yourself and I had no way to do it at the time and now the one year warranty is up. Either way, I got robbed. I spent 900+ on this and I'm already having to start shopping for something else. I noticed the slight indentation in the side of the when I first got it but it's just gotten worse over time. I would not recommend spending your money here. Get a real name brand mattress that has a 10+ year warranty for the money you're spending. EDIT: less than 2 years old and this mattress is completely breaking down. Do not buy from them. These are knock offs and of crappy quality. These guys are worse than fast falling car salesman. My guess it’s a rewrapped used mattress.
