Ordered furniture and was told it would be delivered the following Thursday. Thursday came, I waited and hadn’t heard from anyone as to what time they’d be at my home. I called the store to see if they could give me an idea of time, I was told “they will be there at 5”. Okay fine. 5pm came and went so I called back around 6:30pm and the girl told me my order was never set up for delivery. She offered to set up a new delivery date for us, but it would be another weeks wait, we had already waited a week. I told her no thank you we would pick it up ourselves. I went in to get my delivery refund today and not a single apology or even a glimpse of compassion came across the managers face when I explained to him what had happened. Will never give this company a dime again.
